排隊時間長，沒有拿到預定的compact車款
預定方便，及時提醒
too many people in line but just few employees to serve. Also, the attitude of the employee is not good even gave me the car not existing which I have to go back again to check AVIS priority employee to settle down.
It is ok to book but the trouble for picking up the car was worst.
