Very smooth and cheaper than other site!
The car company upsell to change a nice Audi SUV, then we agreed, then came back said the car is not working due to fuel issue, changed another Hyundai SUV to us. Hyundai SUV is ok.. but not worth to pay additional money to rent it, no hard sell for insurance.
非常滿意，沒有囉嗦任何話，甚至都沒有檢查車況，當然自己沒有任何的刮碰，互相信任的感覺非常好。

右舵當然還是需要適應一下，而且英國的路很窄，租個小車很必要，交通規則還需要好好仔細瞭解。
