出了事故後拒絕給我換車，找了一堆理由，明明之前警察替我聯繫車行的時候也説可以去換的，而且辦理事故的過程全程冷臉，一副不耐煩的樣子。憑什麼不讓我用車到結束？
能替我聯繫溝通，儘量給我幫助，希望後續理賠也能順利。
塔斯馬尼亞的路非常不好開，景色確實美。最後一天還遇到了碰擦和流氓，行程提前結束，Budget的處理很糟心，還在等賠償和理賠，並不像租租車要求的流程那樣，警察當場不出任何報告或證明，希望後續不會有問題吧。

2) when I went to check in and take the car, the amount that I need to pay is greater than the amount that printed on the reservation email’s receipt ( after deduction of kid car seat) - and I asked the staff for the discrepancy - she just asked me which agent company that I used and told me to contact zuzuche ! And further told me if not pay the new amount, I cannot take the car - it seem just the random price as they can change when I take the car , no matter what is the reservation details are !
