路線還是要提前做些功課，東部道路上車比較多而且速度快，兩次走錯了路還得兜回來
最初安排的車輛外觀刮蹭較多，門衞提醒可以換車，然後前台重新安排了讓我滿意的車子。異地還車時晚了幾分鐘，門市關門，第二天一早門市開門就去還，説明了情況，前台按照約定時間給還了，沒有罰金，很體貼。很滿意的一次租車體驗。
租還車門市涵蓋的城市比較多，網上免費取消很方便。
有大巴接送，很方便。手續很簡單快速。

The bad employees (work downstairs in 1908 L St NW, Washington, DC) brought my car-charger and cable, but I didn\'t get back the stuffs when I asked them. Such a big company didn\'t teach the employees how to be honest. luckily the guy in the call services gave me a good experience. This is the only one smile for.
