借到的車因為需要添加ad blue，打電話給租車公司沒有解決，後來還是租租車給了實用解決方案，特別是客服Jason Zhao，全程電話電郵跟進，特別感謝他！
fare, the staff did not intent to talk with you more. Very quick process to get the car was good, however it is a pity checking the car by the customer themselves without any guidance, which is hard for the first time rentor.

租車挺方便的，就是維也納城區的道路很窄，路口也不像國內十字路口或三岔路口不太好辨別，有點不太會開，高速上很好開，不能長時間佔用超車道。總體來説自駕挺方便的
