Low efficiency in after sales arrangement.
Not so bad
Europcar is not efficient. When I returned my car, then found that front glass was hated by a small stone around 20mm. The company sent me a report that they will charge the cost of replacement. Cause I purchased travel insurance I need hand in the repair report and cost within one month. Now I am still waiting.
