    Great car‑rental experience! Zuzuche’s customer service gave thorough reminders. At Rome Via Veneto pick‑up, Fabio S. was very responsible. He kept our luggage safe when we arrived early, explained rental details clearly with no upselling. Noticing our two 26‑inch suitcases, he kindly upgraded us to a brand‑new Ford Puma ST‑Line, which drove excellently. The Florence drop‑off staff were friendly and processed our return quickly. Many thanks, looking forward to returning to Italy!
