And when I ask the staff the additional charge on the printed bill, she cheat us that the charge is compulsory and will refund after car return. Turn out is cheating us.

取車門市工作人員印度人存在故意欺詐客户行為，擅自加入收費保險項目，還謊稱是預授權，人品素質極差，投訴把合同的還車日期都寫錯了，也不承認，以後不會再選這家租車公司了

整體感覺一般，服務也不是 熱情，取車的時候驗車比較隨便，沒有很好的記錄清楚本來已有的刮痕，令人不是十分放心。
