非常滿意！在租租車已經是多次租車了，只是往次是朋友租的車。這次我自己第一次註冊在租租車租車，從租前諮詢，到提車，還車三個環節中，都得到租租車諮詢人員的耐心幫助，感到是一個非常負責任的公司，大讚！

人不多，排隊不長

車輛和其他情況均還可以。但是必加的燃油添加劑情況對於我們這種非歐盟駕駛員門市提醒不足造成一些不便。

easy and plenty of information and reminders.
No hard selling of insurance or upgrade. Courtesy service by every staff. Easy and fast rental and return. Short queue. They said they gave me an upgrade, from Ford Focus to Hyundai Ioniq hybrid, but I am not sure. I cannot search for this car in their web site. Nevertheless, the car condition is very good and comfortable to drive in.
服務員很好，非常nice。很好商量，也不會亂加費用。還幫忙填填單交擁堵費。
有問必答，非常好，現代能夠給到迅速準確的回覆。
剛開始開右方向盤的車有點緊張，但是開了一陣之後就熟悉了，然後幾天開起來越來越順，反而英國的道路比較好走，只要你等規則，不用擔心別人亂闖亂撞，還更不會發生交通意外，比國內更安全。
