friendly staff, the car reserved was not available when I picked up the car, then they upgrade the rent class level, a better Benz.

國內的公司服務做的很到位，一開始聯繫説在德系車進捷克較麻煩，租租車公司幫忙聯繫Europcar，最後得到了很好的結果，贊。
自駕心得：
服務比較貼心！如果下次去歐洲旅遊還會選擇的！
