對SURPRICE RENT A CAR的評價： 還車時工作人員帶着pose 機查車，沒見過一家車行工作人員會這樣操作，車底下有磨損因為取車時候沒有照片為證，工作人員説是我們責任強制收取了我們455歐元的費用，我對客服進行溝通時拍了工作人員，叫來警察要把我們抓起來説讓我們坐牢……在我和警察一再解釋下才平息，我要投訴surprise 車行工作人員……一天的租金雖然一百多但是這個噩夢般的經歷讓我想起了就覺得噁心
